On 30 August 2024, the IT University of Copenhagen – back then named IT Højskolen – opened its doors to welcome the first 147 students at Glentevej, Copenhagen NV. Since then, ITU has grown into a leading institution for IT education and research in Denmark.

This calls for celebration! We will mark this grand anniversary with students, employees, and friends of the house at a very special edition of the ITU Annual Party on 27 September at Wallmans in Cirkusbygningen.

Invitations will be sent out and tickets will be available for sale in week 35.

Please note, there is a limited number of tickets and they are sold first come, first served.

Mark the date already now for a festive evening. 

True to tradition, ITU will participate in the world's largest DHL baton held in Fælledparken on 28 August. The competition starts at 18.00. 



Both students and staff can enroll. So, hurry up and register a team. You will need a contact person and a name for your team.



A baton team consists of 5 persons and the route is 5 x 5 km. It is also possible to enroll groups who will walk 5 km on a separate route.

You can also sign up individually and then we will try to set teams.



As always, ITU will provide food, drinks and "hygge" in our own tent. So bring your familiy for a cosy evening in Fælledparken – it is a fun experience.
