Did you miss or fail the ordinary exam?

If you failed or missed your first attempt in the course, you will be administratively registered for the re-exam in the re-exam period.

If, due to special circumstances, it was not your first exam attempt, you will need to register for the re-exam yourself. Write to SAP no later than July 12 to get registered for a re-exam in the re-exam period.

If you have not yet received your grade by June 12 and you after that date, find out you need to register, you must write to SAP to register ASAP and no later than 3 days from the day you receive your grade.

Right now we are looking for ITU Career Ambassadors to help spread the word about IT Match Making and ITU Career Weeks to all ITU’s students.

It is a flexible student job where you are paid on an hourly basis and where you have the possibility to collaborate with some of Denmark's best IT companies.

Opening hours at ITU during week 27-31

The summer is upon us and as always this means reduced opening hours from Monday, July 3 to Friday, July 31.

INFORMATION DESK
The opening hours at the Information Desk will be from 8:00 to 15:00.
In this period mail and parcels will be distributed and collected every day before noon. Hereafter mail and parcels must be handed in at the Information Desk before 13:00 in order to be sent the same day.

CANTEEN
The opening hours will also be reduced in the canteen:
Monday – Thursday from 8:00 to 14:00 (Lunch from 11:30-13:00)
Friday 8:00 - 15:00 (Lunch from 11:30-13:00)

There will be no serving of fruit in the office aisles during the month of July.

Last chance to get news in ReadIT

Summer is almost upon us and as always readIT will take a summer break. The last ReadIT before the break will be sent out Monday, June 26. Deadline for entries is Wednesday June 21 at noon. ReadIT will return August 14. Deadline for entries for this edition is Wednesday, August 9 at noon. We wish you all a great summer!

Data visualization competition winners!

The Data Visualisation Competition has ended and the winners have been found.

You can take a look at the podium on the BUILD lab site.

Keep in mind, aesthetics are nice, but also consider how well the data and its context may be understood and interpreted.

A huge thank you to all participants goes out from the BUILD lab and we also send a big congratulations to all the winners!

6th International Blockchain School

The submission deadline is approaching for the 6th International Blockchain School. The event is organized by the European Blockchain Center and will take place from August 14-18 at the IT University of Copenhagen.

The event is aimed at PhD and MSc students interested in blockchain technology.
