Do you need a pre-approval for a Spring 2024 course?
Maybe you are doing an individual specialisation? Maybe you are going on exchange in a foreign country? Or maybe you are taking courses at other universities in Denmark?

Either way, getting a pre-approval is a first step in securing a spot on a course. The deadline for applying is every 1st of the month.

The deadline for registering for courses at other universities might vary, but for ITU the best thing is to have your pre-approval granted before the registration period  (from 1 to 10 December).

You need the pre-approval to register for the course. This means that for ITU courses you should apply no later than 1 November.
Planned IT-maintenance causing disruption
The IT Department will be performing planned maintenance on the weekend 21-22 October.

How does this affect you?

•    Saturday 21 October, the wireless network at ITU will be unstable as the wireless routers will be serviced one floor at a time. If you are at ITU, you may experience intermittent downtime.

•    Sunday 22 October, the wired network will undergo maintenance. Therefore, you should not expect to be able to log on to ITU systems between 10:00-16:00.
