Open House for MSc programmes

On Tuesday, 6 February, from 15:00, ITU will host an open house event for the MSc programmes. Here, potential students can hear presentations and talk to current students from our MSc programmes.

Analog is looking for new baristas!
Immerse yourself in a ‘hygge’-infused journey at our student-powered café this semester. No need to be a coffee fanatic to join our warm, welcoming crew.

Check out our Insta @cafeanalog or visit cafeanalog.dk/volunteer for more information and swing by the cafe on 6 or 7 February for a chill Meet & Greet between 16:30-18:00 to ask us all your most pressing questions about being a barista :)

Join us for the ITU CPH Light Festival Release Party!
For the first time, students from ITU are contributing to the CPH Light Festival. Join the release party on Thursday, 8 February from 17:00 in AirLab where snacks and drinks will be served. Afterwards the student groups will present their light installations.

The light installations are placed outside ITU campus and are exhibited throughout the month of February.

The event is open for everyone, also for people outside of ITU.

PhD Defence By Simy Kaur Gahoonia
PhD Student Simy Kaur Gahoonia is defending her PhD thesis “Technology Comprehension In-The-Making: Discipline-ing, Translating, Prototyping”.

When and where: 19 February, at 1 PM, AUD. 4.
 
Need special conditions for your re-exam?
If you have a physical or mental disability, you can apply for special conditions for your exams.

If you need it for the upcoming re-exams following the Autumn semester, be aware that you need to apply no later than 14 February.

If you have already had a meeting with our SPS advisor, you will not need to apply again. Otherwise, you need to book an appointment before 14 February in order to apply.
 
Call for MSc Head Tutors!
The Study & Career Guidance is looking are looking for three MSc Head Tutors, to help develop and lead the MSc study start.

The aim of the study start is to make all new MSc students feel welcome and as a part of our unique and inclusive study environment. To succeed, we need some of our dedicated MSc students on board!

If you think you would be right for the job, please apply no later than 26 February, 2024.

Remember the graduate event on Wednesday
Are you about to graduate and are you considering applying for a professional graduate programme? 

This Wednesday (7 February) several companies will visit ITU to discuss their graduate programmes.

Confirmed companies so far include NNIT, Campgemi, ATP, Koncern IT, PwC, KPMG, KMD, DSV, Visma, and Udviklings- og Forenklingsstyrelsen. They will come to ITU for a Meet & Greet. 

The Meet & Greet will take place in the Atrium from 15:00-17:00.

Sign up to learn more about the companies you can meet and why a graduate position could be the perfect opportunity for you.

All registrants will also receive an overview of the participating companies and a link to their graduate programmes including important deadlines.
 
Lille Kat 2024 semester start
Get ready for this year’s first Lille Kat event and start the semester off with social programming.

Gather your friends or participate individually. All you need to bring is a laptop and enthusiasm. We will of course sponsor snacks and sodas for you to enjoy.

Lille Kat is for students from all programmes and semesters who want to solve problems, improve their programming skills, and hang out with friends.

Join us on Friday, 9 February from 16:00 -19:00 by the 2nd floor atrium tables.
 
Board Game Night
Interested in playing your favorite board games over some free snacks?

We invite you to our board game night on Friday, 9 February from 16:00 at room 2A12-14.

We have a large array of board games available, so chances are that we have all of your favorites in our collection!

Feel free to drop by whenever for some snacks and board games 😊
 

ITU Student
