Remember to stay warm... and register for Spring!
The registration period ends tomorrow 10 December at midnight. After the registration period, all course seats will be allocated. This will take a week or two, and you should be able to see your approved registrations in My Study Activities before Christmas. 

If for some reason you need to change a registration, you will be able to do so in week 5 and 6.

ITU will be closed between Christmas and New Year
ITU will be closed between Christmas and New Year from Tuesday, 24 December till Wednesday, 1 January 2025 (both days included).

This means that:
• All doors will be locked, but you can access the building by using your access card.

​​​​​​​• The Information Desk will be closed from 23 December from 17:00 as well as all other FM functions, including the canteen. There will be cleaning in Atrium.

We will reopen on Thursday, 2 January 2025 at 8:00.

We wish you all a Merry X-mas and a Happy New Year!
 
There will be no hot water until noon this Friday 
It is time for a service check of the hot water tank.

Therefore, there will not be any hot water on 13 December from 7:30-12:00.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Menstrual hygiene products freely available on campus
On the initiative of the Committee for Diversity and Inclusion, ITU is making menstrual hygiene products freely available to all staff and students on campus.

The university has acquired five dispensers which have now been installed in restrooms on Rued Langgaards Vej (0A37, 2A62, and 3A32) and Emil Holms Kanal (2FA02 and 3FA02).

Interested in playing your favorite board games over some free snacks?

We invite you to our Board Game Night on Friday, 13 December from 16:00 at room 5A60.

We have a large array of board games available, so chances are that we have all of your favorites in our collection!

Feel free to drop by whenever for some snacks and board games :)

Come join us for Jackbox Night and play a series of widely-loved party games!

The games range from trivia style to joke battles, drawing, or even social deduction.

Join us Wednesday, 11 December from 16:00 in room 4A14-16. 

Of course, there will also be free snacks, sponsored by SAF :)

You do NOT need to own any games to play. You can join from a laptop or even a mobile phone.

Last chance to get news in ReadIT this year
Christmas is almost upon us, and ReadIT will soon go on Christmas vacation for a few weeks.
 
The last ReadIT edition of the year will be sent out Monday, 16 December. Deadline for entries is Wednesday, 11 December, at noon.  
 
ReadIT will return on Monday, 13 January. Deadline for entries for this edition is Wednesday, 8 January at noon.
