The summer opening hours for SAP
During the summer period, opening hours for the SAP front desk, the SU phone, and the Study and Career Guidance will be limited, and all services will be closed for in-person enquiries for a period of time.

Don’t worry – you can still send us an email, although our response times may be longer during the summer period.

Canteen survey: thank you for your feedback
Thank you to everyone who took part in our latest guest satisfaction survey in April. We have now reviewed the results and are pleased to see that many of you highlighted our good service, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff. You also told us that the food tastes good and has improved over time.

We have also noted your suggestions for improvement. Many of you would like greater variety in the food and product selection, fewer repeated dishes, more protein-rich options, and fewer carbohydrates.

Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it as we continue to develop the canteen. We look forward to the next guest satisfaction survey.
