So, do you need to make changes?
From 29 January to 11 February, you can register and de-register for spring 2024 courses and projects in My Study Activities. 

If you need to de-register a mandatory course due to special circumstances, or you need to register for an approved course outside your normal course list, then write an e-mail to sap@itu.dk.

Only the courses that have open spots will feature on the list in My Study Activities. Please be aware that the list can change throughout the two weeks.

Remember to submit your problem statement
When registered for a project, you and your supervisor need to agree on a problem statement.

The deadline for submitting the problem statement is this Friday, 2 February, 2024.

If you forgot to register for a project and you are registering for it now, you will get a chance to submit your problem statement on 1 March, 2024. 

We urge you to meet up with your supervisor as soon as possible and get your project started.

Have a chat and a coffee with Dean of Education 
Do you have ideas, issues, or questions related to your education or the study environment at ITU that you would like to share and discuss in an informal setting with Dean of Education Pernille Rydén?

Then join her for a chat and a coffee in Analog from 12:00-13:00 on 5 February and subsequently every other Monday. 
 
CCIT seminar about gender and climate friendly transportion 
We welcome you to the first CCIT seminar of 2024 where Malene Freudendal-Pedersen, Professor of Urban Planning at AAU Department of Sustainability & Planning, will give a lecture on her research titled “The significance of gender for climate friendly transportation”.

We hope you will join us on 5 February, 12:00-13:00 at ITU room 3A18.

The lecture is open to all, students, researchers, staff, etc.
 
The IT Department will be partly closed on 8 February
Due to a departmental workshop, the IT Department will be closed on the 8 February between 10:00 and 12:00.

The IT Helpdesk will instead open for personal inquiry from 12:00 to 14:00 in the afternoon. Other inquiries will also be handled after 12:00.

In case of emergency, contact the Information Desk in Atrium who will contact the relevant IT Department employee.
