The Summer holiday is getting closer – in SAP as well
The opening hours for the SAPfront office and The Study and Career Guidance will be limited during the summer period which starts in week 27 (starts 30 June). Both offices will be closed for personal inquiries for a period of time.

Fear not, both teams will still be available to help you by phone and/or email all through the Summer period. Please, do expect our response time to be longer throughout this period.

From week 35, we will be back to normal opening hours again.

Summer opening hours at the Information Desk 
Week 23, 24, 25 & 26
The opening hours at the Information Desk will be from 07:45 to 21:00.

Week 27-31 (30 June - 1 August)
The opening hours at the Information Desk will be from 8:00 to 15:00.

Mail and parcels
In July, mail and parcels will be distributed and collected every day before noon.

Hereafter mail and parcels must be handed in at the Information Desk before 13:00 to be sent the same day.
 
Canteen opening hours in the summer 
In week 27-31 (Monday, 30 June - Friday, 1 August) the opening hours in the canteen will be reduced. 

The opening hours: 
Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 (Lunch from 11:30-13:00)

There will be no serving of fruit in the office aisles during this period.

Last chance to get news in ReadIT
Summer is upon us and as always ReadIT will soon take a long summer break. 

The last ReadIT before this break will be sent out Monday 30 June. Deadline for entries is Wednesday, 19 June at noon.

ReadIT will return on Monday, 11 August. Deadline for entries for this edition is Wednesday, 6 August at noon.
