Data Visualization Competition 2025

The winners of this year's competition have been chosen – and to them we say: With great power of visual representation of information comes great responsibility.

We are delighted to have many of you submit and hope to see your creations again (perhaps outside the university as well).

If you are stopping by the university during July, make sure to pass by 3A60 and see the winners of the previous years.

Have a wonderful summer!

Annual test of HPFI and PFI relays at EHK
From week 28 to week 31, DR will be conducting the annual test of HPFI and PFI relays on ITU's floors. Users will be informed about brief power interruptions during the testing.

On the weekend of 12 and 13 July, DR will be working intensively to complete as much as possible. If there are any special considerations or important systems that we need to be particularly aware of, please contact FM.

The administrative system in 2F-A10 and the service room in 3F17 has already been taken into consideration, and DR will do everything possible to avoid disrupting these during the tests.

Join Hack4DK and work with real-world datasets
Are you looking for a dataset to use next semester? Then Hack4DK is a great opportunity!

Come and explore datasets made available by cultural heritage institutions. These real-life datasets are often much messier and more challenging to work with than the ones typically used in teaching.

Join Hack4DK to test your skills on real-world data—and get help and inspiration from the experts who have provided it. They will be present at the Hackathon.

Hack4DK takes place at The Black Diamond on 26–27 September, and participation is free. Sign up and discover how real-life datasets can benefit your projects via the link below.
