If you need special conditions for the upcoming re-exams, you should start the process now.

You need to book an appointment with an SPS advisor, who will help you with the application. The sooner you get started, the better!

If you already had special conditions for your ordinary exam, you don’t need to apply again.

Last call for BSc & MSc Head Tutors 2026

The Study & Career Guidance is looking for BSc and MSc Head Tutors to lead the study start for new students starting this summer - 2026.

We are looking for six BSc Head Tutors (current or former BSc students) and three MSc Head Tutors (current MSc students) who are eager to help create a great study start and are ready to lead and motivate the tutor/buddy team.

If you think, you would be a good fit for the role, please apply no later than Monday, 19 January 2026.

New opening hours at SAP Front Desk 
From today, Monday, 12 January, the opening hours at SAP Front Desk have changed.

SAP Front Desk is still open on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but will now close one hour earlier than before.

New opening hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12:00–13:00.
