Think RegEx is too complicated? Join this workshop
When working with any type of data, you will likely encounter RegEx (regular expressions). It is used to match, find, and manipulate text based on rules rather than fixed strings, and its versatility means it can be used in many different industries.

However, RegEx is also known for having an intimidating syntax at first glance. This workshop aims to show that RegEx does not have to be too difficult to understand.

When and where: Tuesday, 24 March, 14:00–16:00, room 2A54

CCIT Seminar with Jeff Diamanti: Supply Chain Ecologies
On Wednesday, 26 March, 12:00–13:00, Jeff Diamanti (University of Amsterdam) joins us for a talk titled “Supply Chain Ecologies”.

Jeff’s work deals with logistical cartographies, energy infrastructure and political ecologies. In this talk, he asks where the resources summoned for the “twin transition” originate and on what terms of deliberation? What are the political ecologies and cultural inheritances conditioning the future of sustainable development in the European Union?

He will introduce the field of “supply chain criticism” and offer a number of case studies with emphasis on phosphorous, nickel, and copper.

The talk can be attended in person in room 3A08 or online via Teams. More information and a link to the Teams meeting can be found below.
