Did You Know that You Have Access to Online Dictionaries?

Are you sometimes struggling to remember to right Danish or English word when writing? Then help is near. All staff and students at ITU have access to Ordbogen.com and three dictionaries from Gyldendal including one with specialized words and phrases. If you are at campus or on VPN, you will automatically be able to access. If not, then use your WAYF-login to get access.

Covid-19 regulations have highlighted existing challenges in the access and use of the IT HelpDesk space, and the resulting difficulties for the staff working there.

Join the IT HelpDesk design challenge and propose new solutions to enhance the service experience for everyone!

All ITU students can participate in groups of max. 4 students. Each member of the winning team will receive a pair of good headphones!
