Research-based teaching is the foundation of ITU. Our study programmes are organized by researchers with close connection to an active research environment; students are taught by active researchers, and the research environment of the programme is of high quality.

Still, student surveys indicate a need for strengthening student’s awareness of research in teaching and their opportunities for research involvement.
