New ITU Server Room in the Former Library

The old server room in 1C05 was outdated and posed a security and an operational risk.

Resolved: Network and WiFi Issues at ITU
Despite our best testing efforts, a few weeks ago, users at ITU began reporting instability issues with the WiFi network. After several days of working with both external partners and our WiFi vendor, the issue was finally found to be a vendor induced configuration bug in the ARP protocol.

We are very sorry for the inconveniences the issue has caused all our users during the reopening of campus – especially our new students. We continuously strive to improve our infrastructure, and to provide stable WiFi access for all users at ITU.

If you still have problems with WiFi, please drop by the HelpDesk in Wing 2C for help and a free cup of coffee.
