Project, Research Project and Thesis – Oral Exam Dates
Please note that the information about the dates for the oral exam following the submission of a project or thesis, is no longer shared with you by e-mail. You find the date for the oral exam in LearnIT.

When the submission has been made and the exam has been planned it will be listed together with your other deadlines and exam dates on your frontpage in LearnIT. It is placed to your right, under Upcoming events.
 
Do You Need a Pre-approval?
October 20 is the deadline for applying for a pre-approval, if you are going on exchange or want to take a course at another Danish University in Spring 2022.

The SAP front office is closed all through week 42, so remember to call or come by this week if you have questions related to applying.

 
Come Play Our Games!  
Come to Playtest Thursdays and see what is being made on the GAMES Master's program. Next event will take place in 2F13 (DR) Thursday, October 14  at 17-19.

If you have a game you want to show off, go ahead and bring it!

Or just bring your joyful spirit and play with other students across study programs.

Do You Want to Inspire Others with IT?
Do you love what you study here at ITU, and do you want to share that love with high school kids?

Then you might be our new teaching assistant for a project aiming to increase diversity in Computer Science.

You will be teaching Coding Classes or Digital Dannelse at schools in greater Copenhagen and online together with great colleagues. The job will give you strong presentation and people skills. 

Please note, you will be teaching in Danish. 
 
ITU Will Not Take Part in This Year’s Culture Night 
Unfortunately, ITU will not be taking part in this year’s Culture Night. 

However, next year ITU will again be ready to open the doors and invite the public in on this special evening. 

 
Talent: What’s the Name of the Game in ITU Education 
The October edition of Dean’s Digest is dedicated to reflections on what talent is and how talent can be nurtured.

Dean of Education Pernille Rydén has invited Professor Dan Witzner Hansen to share his thoughts on talent development in an ITU education context. 
 
Ada Lovelace Day: Celebrate by Joining this Code Poetry Event 
This year, we will be celebrating the contribution and merely being of women, trans, and non-binaries in STEM by relating to codes not in terms of their functionality as a programming language but as a poetic language. Like Ada also did!

There will be materials available for you to get straight to creating poetic connections which reflects your abilities, voice, and desires.

Come by the Lab, 3A30, for celebratory vibes and cake!
